Welcome to L.I.G.H.T. (Leading Inclusion, Generating Hope Together), Ottawa Area Center For Pride's new support group dedicated to supporting the transgender and gender diverse community. My name is Christina Breen and I am a 48yr old trans woman, my pronouns are she/her/hers, and I’m excited to serve as your group facilitator. With over five years of experience leading a local gender-affirming support group, I’m here to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where everyone can share their experiences, struggles and find a supportive community. Our hope is that this group will be a place where you can come to be seen, heard and empowered to be your most authentic you. I'm looking forward to meeting you!
